Age, physical condition, or handicaps are addressed on an individual basis so that each person will benefit and succeed at their training. Our teaching methods highlight your strengths and develop your areas of need. As in our children's programs, we help each student realize their goals, both on and off the training floor, and help teach them the necessary skills to achieve them.
Our program incorporates personal awareness and self-defense training with the added benefits of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training and stretching and toning exercises to promote a physically fit physique.
Many adults enroll in our program after observing the positive changes that their children experience as a result of martial arts training.
